Charles has over 25 years of experience in the software industry, working as a programmer, systems architect, teacher, and executive technology leader.
From his beginnings in 1989 writing C on an IBM 286 clone to building high-throughput distributed event engines, cloud migrations, and modern full-stack platforms, Charles emphasizes radical simplicity, high reliability, and software built to last.
Charles leads all technical architecture, software delivery, and direct engineering consulting at Sullux.
Natasha manages business operations, client engagements, bookkeeping, and back office logistics for Sullux.
She ensures that client communications, project agreements, and administrative workflows run smoothly and transparently, keeping our engineering work focused and on schedule.
